A few years ago, before Blue Shutter was legit I asked my amazing friends Nathan and Lyndsay to take photos in their wedding attire (just for fun). Looking back at these images, I see I’ve improved in terms of photography skills (which is kind of a relief because I hope I will always continue growing and learning new things). Here are some of the images from the shoot that I still enjoy looking at. P.S. Fun fact: I took these photos the day before I got engaged! How cool is that?

This was Blue Shutter’s first ever Wear the Dress session.  If you remember Kristen and Tyler were married back in December and I took some pre-wedding photos of Kristen getting ready. I have to say that Kristen looked just as radiant last weekend as she did on her wedding day. How do you pull that off?!  They chose a great location for photos: Regent University. The weather was perfect and as I was scanning the area for cool photo spots I saw this beautiful pink tree in full bloom.  I nearly died, and was so excited!
